Refund Policy

This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on fares and services paid to Omra Taxi.

Full refund

You are entitled to a full refund when a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup, or when we cannot fulfil the trip for reasons on our side.

Partial refund

Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the fare, covering driver and vehicle preparation.

Non-refundable

No refund is due for no-shows (after the chauffeur has waited 15 minutes at pickup with no contact), or after the trip has commenced.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of finance approval.

Requesting a refund

Email us with your booking number and the reason. Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
